Simone Guiducci works in real-estate asset management with a tourism focus and in digital innovation. Over the years he has developed initiatives devoted to enhancing the value of real-estate portfolios destined for high-end hospitality, to their management on behalf of investors and owners and to the integration of innovative solutions in the sector — with particular attention to artificial intelligence, marketing and the optimisation of business processes.
In 2022 he founded Ocean S.r.l., the company through which he brings together, under the Ocean Group® trademark, all of its hospitality services. His work combines entrepreneurial vision, operational organisation and care for the guest experience, in collaboration with professionals, companies and local partners.
After studying Business Administration and Law at the Department of Economics and Management of the University of Trento, he embarked on an entrepreneurial path focused on innovation and on the growth of projects in tourism and services. He is a member of the Board of the Young Entrepreneurs Group of Confcommercio Trentino, with a keen interest in the development of the local business community and of new generations of entrepreneurs.

In 2022 Simone Guiducci founded Ocean S.r.l. and signed its identity: Ocean Group®, a trademark registered with the UIBM — the Italian Patent and Trademark Office, of which he is the exclusive holder.
The trademark is protected and Ocean S.r.l. is its exclusive user: any unauthorised reproduction or use is prohibited and will be prosecuted to the full extent of the law. A name that is, in every sense, a signature.
